Membership Grades and Criteria
Associate Member (AHKICE)

HKICE will consider applicants where turnover, budget or length of service does not meet Member criteria. It is open to applicants who held the post of CEO of an organisation or equivalent position for a minimum of three (3) years.

Membership Entrance Fee: HKD3000
Annual Subscription Fee: HKD600

Member (MHKICE)

Full member status can be achieved by a CEO or equivalent position who is responsible for the strategic planning and management of one or more of the above solvent entities that has (or have in aggregate) an annual minimum turnover or budget of HKD5,000,000 and has held the post of CEO of an organisation or equivalent position for a minimum of five (5) years.

Fellow (FHKICE)

Members are invited to become Fellows of the Institute, based on their experience and contribution to business. Fellow status can be achieved by a CEO or equivalent position who is responsible for the strategic planning and management of one or more of the above solvent entities that has (or have in aggregate) an annual turnover or budget exceeds HKD10,000,000 and has held the post of CEO of an organisation or equivalent position for a minimum of ten (10) years. Recognition is also given to members who have attained the HKICE's Diploma and Postgraduate Diploma in Executive Management and Leadership Practice, and became Certified Chief Executive.

Honorary Fellow (Hon. FHKICE)

From the HKICE Bylaws: Honorary Fellow. This shall be conferred only on persons rendering exceptional services for HKICE or have demonstrated significant performance in business excellence, outstanding international achievement, and exemplary leadership that has inspired and motivated others around the world to achieve success. Candidates for honorary fellow are suggested by Members, nominated by the Executive Board, and elected by the HKICE Governing Council.
